Deb is an ACSM certified personal trainer and a certified Spinning instructor. Over the past 11 years she has worked with student athletes, staff and faculty, high school students and the general public in her Spinning classes. She has also been a group fitness instructor. Most recently, she worked as a part time program assistant for the Wellness Initiative at Colgate University – all while attending school full -time!
Deb’s philosophy on fitness and exercise is that “it should be a part of your lifestyle – a part of who you are. It should be creative and fun and something that your whole family can do together.”

The studio’s small group programs allow individuals to work with others. Small groups also provide opportunities for families to work out together, friends to work together, and opportunities to meet new friends and create healthy supportive relationships.
